I’m Vincent Limantoro, a multi-instrumentalist from Indonesia. I began music with piano at a young age and now play over 10 instruments, including violin, cello, guitar, saxophone, guzheng, and koto. I hold a Licentiate in Piano and Violin Performance from the Royal Schools of Music and Trinity College London, where I graduated with distinction. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to win prizes at competitions such as the Steinway Youth Piano Competition, Shigeru Kawai Piano Competition, WPTA Finland International Piano Competition, and the String Avenue International Violin Competition. I’ve also performed with ensembles including the G20 Orchestra at Borobudur Temple, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, the Korean National Symphony Orchestra, and the World Youth Orchestra. In 2024, I toured the UK with TRUST Orchestra, performing at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and receiving the Outstanding Young Performer Award at the Asian Arts Awards. Whether performing as a soloist or in ensemble, across classical, jazz, pop, or folk music, I aim to share emotion and artistry that connect deeply with audiences.

I’m Ian Tripp, a professional drummer and drum/percussion teacher based in Brighton. I trained at the Guildhall School of Music (class of 2004), and since then I’ve had opportunities to perform and record around the world — from Australia to Uruguay — including sessions at Abbey Road and Maida Vale. Over the past 20+ years I’ve taught over 1,000 students, guiding them through everything from basic rhythm and technique, to graded exams (Trinity Rock & Pop), band rehearsals, and real performance settings. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing toward advanced levels, my lessons are tailored to your goals. I believe drumming should be fun, expressive, and deeply musical. I offer both online and in-person lessons, and I’m also a professor of Drum Kit / Percussion at Christ’s Hospital School in Horsham. Hello, my name is Kiroulos Sidra. I’m a passionate music educator and performer based in Staten Island, New York. Over the past seven years, I’ve had the joy of teaching flute, clarinet, saxophone, piano, guitar, and violin to students of all ages and skill levels. My musical journey has led me to direct ensembles and choirs, as well as found the Academy of St. Cecilia, where I focus on nurturing both technical skills and a deep love for music in church and community settings. As a teacher, I believe every student learns differently. That’s why I adapt each lesson to individual goals—whether you’re discovering your very first notes, polishing your tone, or preparing for a performance. My approach combines strong technical foundations like breath control, finger technique, and theory with the joy of self-expression and artistry. Teaching reminds me daily why I fell in love with music in the first place: its power to connect, inspire, and transform. Whether online or in person, I’m dedicated to helping each student grow with confidence and find their own voice through music.

About Me Hi, I’m James — a multi-instrumentalist and experienced music educator with over 7 years of teaching experience. I specialize in guitar, bass, piano, drums, music production, and songwriting. From 2018–2022, I taught music in schools and privately, working with students of all ages and skill levels, both in-person and online. My teaching style is student-centered and practical: I tailor lessons to each student’s goals, whether that’s playing their first song, improving technique, writing original music, or diving into recording and production. I’m also a working songwriter with nearly 50 original tracks under my belt, so I know what it takes to go from practice to performance. I believe music should be both fun and rewarding, and I love helping students gain confidence in their playing while building lifelong skills.

My name is Lucas Vedel, from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I started playing guitar since the age of 11, then I started to explore piano, bass, and most of the stringed instruments. I have also been actively engaged in Boy Scouting activities since i was 4. Boy scouting taught me a lot about life, giving me knowledge about everything, gave me a lot of energy to overcome difficulties in life. Through teaching life skills as a team leader, i found a professional path to grow into a teacher. I also teach about life through drums. Besides, i like Kick-boxing, Swimming and Soccer. And i have a cat that is named after me - his name is Minh Chau. He is my little brother

National School of Music, Havana Cuba Professional Music Teacher of Percussion and Chamber Music Highlights: Played in the famous Tropicana Club in Cuba. Played at the famous Jazz Plaza in Cuba. Toured with EMI Records around Spain and Venezuela. Made a music album with my band Luna Negra with EMI Records ‘Pintando Maravillas’. Played at the Beijing Olympics. Played for the Cuban National Ballet. My name is Luis and I am from Cuba but I have been living and working as a musician and teacher around Asia for over 15 years. In my free time I love to be in nature, especially swimming in the ocean. I also enjoy riding my bike, playing football or doing yoga. Exercising helps me to stay healthy and relaxed. However, music is my passion. I have been playing percussion since I was 9 years old and I still study so that I continue to improve. In the evenings, I play the drums, Conga, and sing in my band Luna Negra. When I am not working as a musician I like to dance Salsa with my friends or watch films. When I am feeling inspired, I also write songs.

I'm an experienced live and studio session drummer with vast experience of Live performance, Touring, and Recording sessions. I have had the pleasure of working with some incredible musicians and producers and have played top level venues such as The Royal Albert hall, Shepherds Bush Empire, Festivals such as the inaugural BBC 6 Music Festival (main stage) Bestival, The Great Escape, Glastonbury and toured extensively over the UK with a number of Major label, indie, and Unsigned original artists live, on recordings, and on broadcasts. I have been working as a Drum Kit teacher for 13 years and my teaching philosophy is to make the lessons a fun place to play, learn, and work hard. I want students to leave the room smiling and itching to practice and better themselves not only in their lessons but in their own time too. Enjoyment is key, no matter the level of aims of each student, and I always build my lessons around activities that will instil solid technique in a way that is relevant and inspires them to play.

With over 10 years in the music and film industry performing and working under high pressure, I feel confident in adapting to any situation. Straight after completing 4 A Levels, including Music and Music Technology, I worked full-time for two years at HMV, Newbury. I was able to save up enough money not just for a place in London in order to pursue ambitions with my band but also for my E-Music BSc. at Coventry University. Just before I finished my degree I secured a work placement with award-winning record producer Martin 'Youth' Glover (Sir Paul McCartney, Crowded House, The Verve, Killing Joke, The Orb...). While working for Martin I had many jobs, from remix engineer to head engineer/content creator of a global project which featured a host of respectable artists and musicians including Matt Black (Coldcut/Ninja Tune records co-founder), James McCartney and Jon Moss (Culture Club). My brother, another studio engineer working for Martin, and myself had a two-piece blues-rock band which got signed for a single release. After a recording session with John Leckie where I provided drums for Matt Black, The Egg and Martin, I was asked by Matt to join his Ninja Tune team part-time and start immediately in creating content for his remix app Ninja Jamm. I am featured on several packs including releases on the latest version of the app Jamm Pro. During my three years working for Ninja Tune I had a wide range of other jobs to help with living costs, including peripatetic drum tutor, waiter, steward marshall at ice and roller rinks, sound engineering corporate videos, film crew runner, session drummer, data engineer at Royal Chelsea Hospital and sonic ident production for Silicone Valley technology companies. I left Ninja Tune and became an iMedia Tutor, teaching Key Stage 2 & 3 classes of up to 30 students for two hours with no breaks. This came with certain challenges but I feel like I responded to the best of my abilities and gained the trust and respect of students, who, during sports day, greeted me on the field with an impromptu chant of my name. It was a humbling experience that taught me a lot about keeping students engaged and focused in a positive and productive way. Since then I have been looking to further my peripatetic teaching at schools in the Croydon area and beyond. Just before the Coved-19 lockdown, I moved back to my parents to help support my mum who works for the NHS. I am setting up virtual drum lessons to help keep students engaged as well as giving parents some time off. By being a member of the Music Teaching Online community, I feel I can optimise my skills and time to help inspire people during these challenging times. Over 30 years playing and teaching experience. Wide range of styles covered. Am able to teach from a dedicated online studio with professional audio set up. I'm able to teach beginner to pro-level, including reading and theory, which includes transcribing drum parts for students to learn.

Have been teaching music (piano, violin, guitar, saxophone, drum, vocal) since 2011. My students range from kids to adults, oldest 60+. Have sent more than 30+ students for ABRSM exam. Students who learn from me will stay with me for more than 5 years or some even 10 years until they graduated from high school and pursue into university. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in management and marketing (UOW). As for music, I only have Grade 8 for Piano and Violin, Grade 7 for Vocal, Grade 7 for Theory, all from ABRSM. As for drum, guitar and saxophone, I have experience in live performing for more than 10 years with concert, conference, event that were up to 1000 people. I'm passionate in teaching and I have experience teaching autism kids too. Hence, I have confident that my patience should not be a problem.

After completing grade 8 in both drums and saxophone, Will went on to study classical and jazz music performance at Leeds Conservatoire, graduating in 2021 with a BA (Hons first class). After learning with internationally renowned saxophonist Sarah Markham, he received the Ralph Markham Achievement Award for great personal success and development. Since then, he has taught music within local schools whilst also tutoring drum kit and saxophone. Will also has current experience performing at gigs, private events and festivals over the years; working with jazz, pop and classical musicians; including songwriters, big bands, orchestras and much more. He has established himself well in the Leeds music scene and in addition to teaching, Will works as a session drummer and saxophonist.
