I'm a pianist and composer based in London and a Royal Academy of Music alumni(Bmus, MA). I have been teaching piano, music theory, production, improvisation skills, and composition privately for 5 years and since 2020 in the Halcyon International School. Having a holistic approach to music teaching, ensuring that students become well-rounded musicians, and develop a love and passion for music. I teach students from 8 years old to Adults. As an experienced performer across classical, pop, jazz, indie, and many other genres, I am able to guide students through anything style of music they want to learn. I am also able to prepare students for exam entry up to Grade 8 level. Enhanced DBS checked and Child Protection in Education - Level 2 I am fluent in Greek, English and basic level in Spanish and Lithuanian.

I taught myself music from scratch. It was a rough process. But it made me firmly believe anyone can learn music. If you can count to 8, you can play music on nearly any instrument. Musicians make music seem more complicated than it actually is. I love teaching music theory like a language and I think it's important to start jamming as soon as possible. Before I was a music teacher, I was a behavioral therapist working with non vocal clients with autism. I do my best to condense lessons into a series of behaviors that build over time and teach a strong understanding of music theory.

I am a singer/ songwriter. I usually accompany myself with the ukulele or the keyboard. I went to a performing arts high school where I graduated as a music major and I am currently attending New England Institute of Technology for Digital Media Production in hopes of one day becoming an audio engineer. I volunteer at my local church and have always loved working with kids. I also have experience in teaching kids and pre- teens music as I have been able to participate in a few music programs throughout the years.

I am a professional vocalist, perform and songwriter with 10 years music performance experience with a strong emphasis on lead/background singing, vocal technique/performance, and songwriting in contemporary styles as well as 3 years teaching experience with emphasis on contemporary vocals and keyboard for all ages. I have a Bachelor of Music Degree in Performance, an Associate of Arts Degree in Vocal Performance and a certificate as an Independent Artist from Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, CA. I teach contemporary styles for beginner to advanced voice and beginner to intermediate piano as well as songwriting, recording, music theory, ear training, sight-reading and music notation. As a working musician and music teacher, I believe in cultivating a space where my students can feel safe to explore, be creative and enjoy the process of finding their own musical abilities. Sounding original and not mechanical right from the start and knowing what makes music really work is crucial to an overall successful experience. Hello, Minh Tuyen have been teaching piano, music theory and singing with accompaniment for more than 15 years. I am teaching the ABRSM syllabus and Rockschool syllabus. My students are from 4 years old to adult. Young children will need an adult to supervise their lesson online as it is a little different to an in person face to face lesson.
