I am a 25 year-old classically-trained pianist and piano teacher passionate about helping students achieve their musical goals. I have degrees in psychology and music from the University of Washington, have been playing seriously since I was nine, and have been teaching piano to students of all levels and ages for the last two years. My deep classical training and patient friendly demeanor make me especially well suited for teaching: kids beginner adults, Intermediate to advanced pianists interested in classical music - especially Bach As a teacher, I foster an approachable and student-centered teaching style, with one of my main aims being to make learning piano fun, and helping students play songs they love as quickly as possible. I have extensive training with elite classical musicians, most recently completing a one-on-one mentorship program with concert pianist Aaron Pilsan in Berlin, Germany. I am also trained in jazz and highly proficient in pop and other genres and can help students whose interests lie outside of classical music. Starting from the first lesson I will ask you about your goals and interest in piano, and ask you for a list of songs you like in order to personalize our lessons together such that they will best help you reach your goals and be as engaging as possible. If you are a beginner, I work with you on lesson and theory books, supplementing my own material when appropriate so that my lessons are tailored to your individual needs. When you are intermediate to advanced, we will work on the finer details of proper technique, interpretation, and effective practice - ensuring that you have the right strategies for achieving your musical goals.

Hi! I'm Riccardo, I graduated with honours at the Bologna Conservatory in Classical Saxophone, where I specialized in soprano and alto saxophone, and then I started to study modern music. I studied jazz and classical saxophone with Marco Ferri, Cristiano Arcelli, Luca Cacciatore, Maurizio Giammarco, Hans De Jong, Mario Marzi, Bill Smith, Steve Lehman. I actually teach saxophone in private schools and play constantly in Northern Italy with various projects, from classical orchestras to funky big bands. In live gigs I usually play saxophone and keyboards, rarely clarinet, but I can also play bass and drums.

About Bertie: I started learning and performing music at the age of 2 and have performed in 100s of concerts, playing over 200 gigs in 2013 alone. These include performances for celebrities and royalty, playing cello for HRH Queen Elizabeth II and HRH Prince Phillip, as well as singing for HRH Price Charles and performing for the England rugby team. I studied cello under James Halsey from the Royal College of Music and Music (BMus Hons) at The University of Huddersfield, studying conducting under award winning conductor Natalia Luis-Bassa and composition and performance under world renowned pianist Dr. Philip Thomas. I have toured all over the UK and Europe, and have headlined some prestigious venues including; The NEC (Birmingham,) Aintree Racecourse and The Cavern Club (Liverpool,) as well as playing with some highly regarded ensembles including The Orchestra of The Swan as the soloist for their Snowman tour. After university I founded and ran my own record label and recording studio, started the world’s first ‘Bandeoke’ band and have taught 100s of pupils in groups and 1-1 lessons.  I offers instrumental lessons from beginner to grade 8 in; guitar, voice, cello, bass guitar and double bass, and from beginner to grade 5 in; piano/keyboard, violin, drums, ukulele and music theory. I am a trained opera singer, studying under Chris Booth-Jones from the Royal Academy of Music, and have performed in many musicals and stage productions, taking the lead roles in; Oliver, Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Grease and Oklahoma. I have taught at many schools and colleges, starting my own courses and leading string groups, orchestras, choirs, theory groups and bands.   When I'm not teaching or gigging I work with musicians from all over the world as a freelance recording artist/session musician/composer/arranger/producer and technician.

Hi everyone, my name is Benjamin Dioszegi and currently I’m a master degree student at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg. Since my early childhood I was motivated to become a well rounded musician. Luckily I had the opportunity to meet and learn from renowned musicians and I participated in competitions in order to train myself in a professional environment. I played many concerts and recitals across Europe. During the last five years I enjoyed more and more teaching music and I gained plenty of experience. Hello, I'm Rafaella and I come from Cyprus. I'm 27 years old and I graduated from the Conservatory of Utrecht as a pianist in the Jazz and Pop department. Hello, I studied classical piano as a child for seven years but later decided to change genre to playing modern and jazz piano of which became my living. I studied with the London College of Music and obtained an advanced certificate in piano performance and composition. I also studied classical voice but later decided that jazz was my thing, so I studied with some of best players and singers who taught me my craft. I also teach keyboards up to grade 4, and have taught in primary schools, later opening a school of my own, where I taught jazz and pop piano/vocals and keyboards. I've been a professional musician for nearly forty years and have worked all over the world. I would love an opportunity to work on your platform as I am now winding down with the traveling and want to get back to teaching. I have been a private music teacher for over 10 years now, and have enjoyed it immensely! For 5 of those 10 years I worked at a music conservatory in New Jersey helping students to prepare for auditions, competitions, and exams. When COVID hit, I started teaching online and have realized that these lessons can be just as effective as in person! I have since helped many students reach their goals via online lessons, whether that is help with band music, preparing for auditions, or just learning an instrument for their own enjoyment. With my Bachelors in Music Performance from The College of New Jersey and my Masters in Music Performance from New York University, I have all the knowledge and experience required to help my students achieve their musical goals. I have performed with many bands and orchestras over the years, as well as starring in many of my own solo recitals. I currently play with the Augusta Symphony and the Colby Orchestra in Maine where I currently live. I use a very supportive and positive teaching style because starting or improving on an instrument is hard, but can also be so rewarding and I want to help my students to see that! My lessons consist of technique and basic music theory in addition to learning pieces and I'm always happy to help my students learn pieces they enjoy as well! I am always excited to meet new students and share the joy of music!

A Bit About Me... I am 26, live in a village called Roade in Northamptonshire with my husband and our dog (aka the love of my life!) Dexter, who will no doubt make the odd appearance! I love singing, playing piano, writing music and helping others achieve their goals with all of the above... I have been teaching for 3 years now and wouldn't change it for the world - it is a joy seeing students progress and being part of their music journey. I have been in various productions including Annie The Musical (playing Grace), Bugsy Malone (Playing Tallulah) & Grease (playing Sandy). I have also appeared at various gigs and charity balls and performed for sports stars such as Ian Wright after receiving invitation from the local Mayor who had seen me perform at a previous event invite which was a great honour. I’ve been on an incredible musical journey, and I’d like to teach you a bit about what I’ve learnt. From teaching dozens of private students per week as a Vocal and Piano Teacher in Johannesburg and prestigious boys school St Stithians, to touring with international artists like The Tenors (Canada) and Babylon Circus (France), I have been blessed with amazing opportunities to hone my skills and showcase my talents. Not only have I performed at a huge range of events and festivals in across the world (including South Africa, Seychelles and the Middle East), but I was also nominated for Rock Album of the Year at the 2009 South African Music Awards as part of the Voodoo Child band, which I founded and directed.
