I have over 20 years teaching experience and I can teach classical guitar from elementary level to diploma level and teach ukulele from elementary to intermediate level. I was invited twice by Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music in India. I released a book about Brazilian Rhythm applied to Metal Guitar. I also released a pedagogical board game for string instrumentalists. I have lot of projects in Brazil. I play with some famous artists. I have a Electric Guitar Quartet called Kroma; a Gypsy Jazz duo; I played in a famous metal band in Brazil called Claustrofobia. I've been teaching for over 30 years, from childrem to elderly, from completely beginner to pro. I am patient guy and love teaching.

I started playing piano at age 7 and ukulele at 9, and clarinet at the age of 11. I consecutively made county and district honor bands from the 7th grade until 12th grade, attended NC Governor's School West in 2017 for instrumental music, and received a full scholarship to Cannon Music Camp at Appalachian State in 2016. In 2018, I received the John Philips Sousa award for superior musicianship and received a $10,000 scholarship to study music at UNC-Charlotte. I studied Music Education on clarinet at Appalachian State University for two years, where I played mellophone with the Marching Mountaineers. Although I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity, my passion for music persisted. My experience spans multiple instruments and ensemble types, enhancing my teaching with a deep understanding of music theory. I aim to inspire students of all ages with a patient and humorous teaching style.

I am a dedicated and experienced music educator and professional musician with over 30 years of experience. My journey in music education began in the early 1990s, shortly after completing my formal music studies. Since then, I have developed a strong passion for teaching, with a focus on modern music theory, jazz guitar, and composition. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of students, helping them develop their musical skills in various instruments and styles. My teaching approach includes modern harmony, sight-reading, composition, and improvisation, with lessons tailored to each student's needs and goals. From 2000 to 2015, I was heavily involved in the music industry as a professional musician. I performed extensively, both as a solo artist and as part of collaborative projects, working with other musicians across various genres. During this time, I also composed original music for theater and film, showcasing my versatility and creativity as a composer. My work is available on all major streaming platforms, including Spotify, iTunes, and others, where listeners can explore my compositions. Since 2015, I have been teaching music full-time in Germany at various music schools. My primary instrument is the jazz guitar, but I also offer lessons in piano, keyboards, ukulele, and bass. I take pride in helping students master not only their instrument but also the theoretical foundations of music, from modern harmony to composition. I work with students of all levels, guiding them through performance preparation, sight-reading, and developing their own compositions. I’m Bill Roseman — guitarist, vocalist, composer, and lifelong student of the blues. I first picked up the guitar when I was 13 in South Jersey, inspired by the electric fire of Albert Collins, Buddy Guy, and classic blues masters. From those early days, I’ve never really put the instrument down. In the 1990s I made my way over to Europe and became involved with the Medford Slim Band, touring and playing festivals in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Switzerland, and beyond. Over time I’ve explored many corners of blues, rock, zydeco, harmonica blues — whatever felt honest and heartfelt. My latest album Outskirts is a project I poured myself into — eleven originals and one cover — and it reflects where I’ve been musically and where I hope to go. Beyond performing and recording, I believe in the power of connection through music — sharing what I know, learning from others, and keeping the tradition alive in fresh, personal ways. I've been teaching for the last 25 years or so. All styles, all levels offered. Specializing in getting beginners started right.
