I have been a professional guitarist since 2003 and have over 20 years experience in teaching and performing. Qualified to BA (Hons.) level in the UK, I have a 100% pass rate for my students at Trinity College London grade exams, with an average of 78%. I have recently been featured in Classical Guitar Magazine based in California, as a composer and arranger of sheet music duets. I also enjoy teaching acoustic guitar, jazz, blues, rock, Latin and flamenco styles, music theory, history and appreciation.

Fabrizio Ferraro is a composer, concert artist and educator. He graduated with honours in Guitar and Composition; and has won several national and international guitar competitions. He is frequently invited to perform in international guitar and chamber music festivals. He has performed across Europe, Asia, and the USA- both as a soloist and in a duo with guitarist Adam Marec. Ferraro has collaborated with several orchestras including the Slovak Sinfonietta of Zilina, the Philarmonia of Bratislava, the Incipit orchestra in Italy, and the Queensboro Symphony Orchestra of New York. As an educator, Ferraro has given workshops and masterclasses at international music festivals, and adjudicated in guitar and chamber music competitions. Among others, these include the Hong Kong International Guitar Festival and Competition, Hellys International Guitar Festival (UK), International Guitar Festival and Competition Zruc na Sazavou (Czech Republic) and Guitar Days in Banska Stiavnica (Slovakia). Ferraro has written symphonic and chamber music which has been played and recorded in Europe and the USA. He has recorded numerous programs for radio and television across Europe. As a Rock guitarist he has recorded the album "When Everything Turns Black" (2017) with the Heavy Metal band Scandelion.

Hi, my name is Dave. I'm a Musician, Composer, Guitar, Piano & Bass tutor with over 15 years experience. My name is Rida, I am a professional musician and music producer. I became a musician out of interest in 90s video game music, Yngwie Malmsteen and Metallica. When I was 3 years old I’d pause games and listen to the music and I taught myself how to play guitar by watching live concerts and learning by pausing, rewinding and starting the cassette/ VHS tapes and copying the sounds. I went on to study music at college and university and graduated with a 2:1 BAhonours degree. I have performed live around the world alongside DJs at prestigious venues and very high profile private parties. I also produce music for TV and other media. I’m an all rounder musical maestro.

Professional musician (live performer and teacher) based in London. I have been teaching bass guitar (all levels), guitar (beginners), double bass (beginners), music theory/harmony (all levels), music ensemble for 9 years. My study plan includes all you need to improve your skills with the bass guitar, either if you are starting from no knowledge of music, or if you are an experienced player looking forward to pass grades, exams, auditions, etc. In 1-2-1 lessons we'll cover the basic technique of the instrument (and later on advanced techniques as slap and pop, playing with a pick, palm muting, etc.), aural/ear training, solfeggio, studying and playing lots of songs (covering different music styles like jazz, pop, rock, funk, reggae, fusion, soul, blues, R&B, gospel), reading music sheets (treble and bass clef), study of walking bass lines and famous bass riffs, recording and analysing your bass lines, music theory/harmony, scales and arpeggios, composition of melodies, etc. First things to work on for a bass player are timing (ability to keep time accurately) and tone (how you produce sound and how it can change about the positioning of your hands and fingers). Guitar: I like to transform all my musical knowledge in simple steps that anyone can understand and follow even if they are new to the music language and have never played an instrument. If the student is really young, my approach will be more playful and easygoing but still following a method and exercises, with the goal to play from the first lesson easy melodies and then whole songs.

During and since completing my Bmus in popular music (electric guitar) and Classical guitar (ABRSM diploma) I have had over 10 years experience working and tutoring kids and adults in an educational setting. From this I have learned that patience, enthusiasm and organisation are key to getting the best out of a person. Chris McCormack is an Irish guitarist and composer, based in London. Chris also studied Classical Guitar at the Royal Irish Academy of Music, with Marion Hyland, and Jazz Improvisation at the Dublin Institute of Technology with guitarist and composer Mike Nielsen. As a composer his work has been performed by, among others - Crash Ensemble, players of the London Symphony Orchestra, Plus Minus Ensemble, Liam Byrne, EXAUDI Vocal Ensemble, Dr. John Feeley, Ensemble Adesso and the Dublin Laptop Orchestra.
