I am a music director and keyboard player based in London, UK. I teach piano in all styles to an advanced / professional level and also teach musical theater coaching at 2 top UK conservatories. As a performer I have been heavily involved with bands, UK and Australian touring theatre, artists including Vanessa Mae and Clem Burke (drummer for Blondie), and international work .

I have worked as a piano and voice teacher for twenty years alongside a career as an accompanist and coach. I am a vocal coach at the Royal Academy of Music and Music Director for Opera projects at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and I can therefore coach Piano and Voice to Conservatoire level. I have also taught at the Hill House International Prep School in Knightsbridge (1995 to present) preparing the pupils for exams and concerts. I have been training singers in Germany for some years in online lessons and so I am well acquainted with teaching in this way. I also have a private teaching practice preparing students for ABRSM grade exams from 1-8.

I have been playing music for sixteen years. My first instrument was the piano, followed by electric bass, trombone, upright bass, and the most recent addition - guitar. This April I completed studies for my Bachelor's of Music degree in Jazz Performance on double bass. I have lived in Montreal for the past five years, working as a professional musician, gigging mostly as a bassist (either electric or upright) in a variety of styles. My teaching career began four years ago when I was asked to tutor first year students in the jazz performance program for theory. Since then I have expanded my personal teaching studio, teaching people of all ages and skill levels, as well as teaching different instruments and styles. I am an enthusiastic teacher committed to making sure that my students get the most out of the time we spend together.

Singer, pianist, music teacher. I graduated with a Bachelors and Masters in opera performance from the G. Verdi Conservatory with highest honors. Singing since I was 3, I have studied many different techniques and styles. I learned to sing in modern style, I performed in musical theater for almost 10 years, and obviously in the end arrived at opera. I think that the voice has no limits, and that we can learn to sing everything. I offer individual lessons to students of all ages and levels, focusing on classical technique, and developing the voice in the direction the student wants. (lyrical, musical theater, or even modern.) I am also a graduate in Piano and Pedagogy from the Conservatory of Toronto, Canada, and recorded an album called 'KATYA-MOONLIGHT' which you can listen to on spotify. Music is life, and I would love to share my passion with others.

Working on both bass guitar and vocals, I have a style of playing that I am told is unique! I have co-written jingles and performed on many famous songs. My passion is to encourage and teach you to master vocals, harmony work or learn bass guitar styles and techniques so that you can improve your performance! I develop lessons that are tailored to your requirements and not rigid in structure! Boring lessons mean you don’t enjoy your craft and don’t retain the information! Let’s change that!

I am a graduate of Maynooth University (Bachelors of Music) and Griffith College (H.Dip in Music Education 2015) and have received a Diploma in Piano Performance from the London College of Music. I teach many lessons one to one, Piano is my most popular subject with Keyboards and Ukulele great for younger beginners. I ensure each lesson is planned and designed for the individual in mind.
