I became interested in music from an early age. I discovered my talent for singing after taking guitar lessons. I studied at the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico. I worked for years with the Opera Choir of Puerto Rico, participating in several local and international productions. He also participated in the IVAI (International Vocal Arts Institute) program. I prepared a few opera roles with Mignon Dunn, Sherrill Milnes, W. Woodruff, and Antonio Barasorda. I also participated in two masterclasses with international baritone Sherill Milnes at the Savannah Music Festival. I also did two roles in the Opera Le Nozze di Figaro by W.A. Mozart at the festival. I finished my major in music at the University of Puerto Rico.

Hello, I studied classical piano as a child for seven years but later decided to change genre to playing modern and jazz piano of which became my living. I studied with the London College of Music and obtained an advanced certificate in piano performance and composition. I also studied classical voice but later decided that jazz was my thing, so I studied with some of best players and singers who taught me my craft. I also teach keyboards up to grade 4, and have taught in primary schools, later opening a school of my own, where I taught jazz and pop piano/vocals and keyboards. I've been a professional musician for nearly forty years and have worked all over the world. I would love an opportunity to work on your platform as I am now winding down with the traveling and want to get back to teaching. I have been a private music teacher for over 10 years now, and have enjoyed it immensely! For 5 of those 10 years I worked at a music conservatory in New Jersey helping students to prepare for auditions, competitions, and exams. When COVID hit, I started teaching online and have realized that these lessons can be just as effective as in person! I have since helped many students reach their goals via online lessons, whether that is help with band music, preparing for auditions, or just learning an instrument for their own enjoyment. With my Bachelors in Music Performance from The College of New Jersey and my Masters in Music Performance from New York University, I have all the knowledge and experience required to help my students achieve their musical goals. I have performed with many bands and orchestras over the years, as well as starring in many of my own solo recitals. I currently play with the Augusta Symphony and the Colby Orchestra in Maine where I currently live. I use a very supportive and positive teaching style because starting or improving on an instrument is hard, but can also be so rewarding and I want to help my students to see that! My lessons consist of technique and basic music theory in addition to learning pieces and I'm always happy to help my students learn pieces they enjoy as well! I am always excited to meet new students and share the joy of music!

A Bit About Me... I am 26, live in a village called Roade in Northamptonshire with my husband and our dog (aka the love of my life!) Dexter, who will no doubt make the odd appearance! I love singing, playing piano, writing music and helping others achieve their goals with all of the above... I have been teaching for 3 years now and wouldn't change it for the world - it is a joy seeing students progress and being part of their music journey. I have been in various productions including Annie The Musical (playing Grace), Bugsy Malone (Playing Tallulah) & Grease (playing Sandy). I have also appeared at various gigs and charity balls and performed for sports stars such as Ian Wright after receiving invitation from the local Mayor who had seen me perform at a previous event invite which was a great honour. I am primarily a saxophonist that has been performing since I was 8 years old. I have performed at Disney world in Orlando, FL and various venues/jazz lounges throughout Chicago. I went to VanderCook College of Music where I received my degree in music ed and got my PEL. I am currently a licensed music educator that teaches in a south suburb of Chicago. I teach 4th through 8th grade marching band, jazz band, and concert band. I teach music notation and arranging to select 8th graders and privately to high schoolers.

I was born in Italy, raised in Nigeria and moved to Chicago in 2015 to start college at VanderCook College of Music. I graduated in 2019 with a music education degree with PEL license to teach K-12 music, band, orchestra and choir. I have loved my time teaching ever since I stepped foot into the classroom. Though I am primarily a saxophone player, I am currently teaching 2nd and 3rd grade violin, 4th-8th grade band classes. Other than teaching, I love listening to music, painting, cooking, and spending with my my family.

I have been teaching for over 25 years and have had pupils of various ages ranging from 3 to one lovely gentleman who started clarinet at the age of 90. I have experience of teaching people with different special needs including one lady I teach piano to on Zoom - she is blind and each lesson with her is such a humbling experience. I can teach just for fun or for specific exam boards. I'm in the process of teaching myself the flute which is fun! I also teach recorder and music theory as well. I'm very patient and encouraging. I like to think I get on well with all my students and can tailor lessons to each specific student. We take the lessons at a pace which is comfortable to each individual and I always encourage them to ask as many questions as they like.

I graduated with Honors from The City College of New York with a BfA in Classical Piano. I have enjoyed playing all types of music during my professional career, including with famous artists. I’ve been playing and performing for thirty years, and have been composing for over twenty years. I began teaching eighteen years ago and thoroughly enjoy explaining the elements of music and how to play it to inquisitive minds - children and adults, beginners and pros.

Hi! I´m Mateo, a professional guitar player, and an intermediate sax player from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I work as a session player for live shows and recording in studio. Im also a composer, I make music for short films, and compose for a Candombe/Jazz Fusion group I participate. I play Jazz, Rock, Argentinian folk music, Brazilian music, blues and Rnb. I´ve been teaching guitar for the last 7 years. I truly love the process of teaching. During the last 7 years I´ve worked teaching in Primary and high schools, and also individual lessons in my Studio. I´m specialized In Jazz, Latin music, Rock, and Argentinian Folk music. I´ve studied guitar for 2 years in Buenos Aires music school, and continued studying with Individual mentors for 5 more years.

I am a voice coach and have developed a technique to open & tune-up the voice/body instrument for over 25 years. I am originally from California but teach alot in Europe as well. I am a voice coach, singer/songwriter, author of 2 books relating to my voice technique, yoga teacher and also an artist (painter). I have been teaching online for the past 5 years and have found with my teaching style and technique it is really effective for singers of all styles. I have coached many singers for performance, for both stage and recording. I also help singers heal a damaged voice. I specialize in speaking as well.
