My name is Mathis Saunier, a London-based composer and guitar teacher. I began playing electric guitar as a child and studied classical guitar at the Conservatoire of Geneva, graduating with jury distinctions, before completing a composition degree at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. I currently teach classical/electric guitar, music theory, and composition at St Aloysius College and Harris Academy Clapham, working with students aged 10 to 35. My music has been performed by ensembles including the London Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra, and United Strings of Europe, and I also perform in a rock band. I'm passionate about teaching composition—helping students unlock creativity across genres from classical to electronic music. I adapt my teaching to each student's interests and background, whether they're writing for piano, guitar, or exploring production. I also enjoy working with adults, tailoring lessons to their musical journey and sensibilities.

I am a qualified Music Therapist with master’s degrees in Music Therapy, Music Education, and Music Marketing. My musical journey began as a trumpet major, and over the years I have grown into a versatile multi-instrumentalist. I teach and perform on piano, baritone ukulele, saxophone, guitar, and I am also an active singer and songwriter. I bring a blend of clinical training, teaching experience, and real-world musicianship to every lesson. Whether you are learning for personal enjoyment, therapeutic benefit, or musical growth, I adapt my approach to meet each student’s needs. My goal is to create a supportive, engaging, and creative learning environment where students can build confidence, develop skills, and connect deeply with music.

I’m Vincent Limantoro, a multi-instrumentalist from Indonesia. I began music with piano at a young age and now play over 10 instruments, including violin, cello, guitar, saxophone, guzheng, and koto. I hold a Licentiate in Piano and Violin Performance from the Royal Schools of Music and Trinity College London, where I graduated with distinction. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to win prizes at competitions such as the Steinway Youth Piano Competition, Shigeru Kawai Piano Competition, WPTA Finland International Piano Competition, and the String Avenue International Violin Competition. I’ve also performed with ensembles including the G20 Orchestra at Borobudur Temple, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, the Korean National Symphony Orchestra, and the World Youth Orchestra. In 2024, I toured the UK with TRUST Orchestra, performing at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and receiving the Outstanding Young Performer Award at the Asian Arts Awards. Whether performing as a soloist or in ensemble, across classical, jazz, pop, or folk music, I aim to share emotion and artistry that connect deeply with audiences.

I’m Aksel Başaran, a pianist trained in Turkey and internationally. I began formal piano studies under Prof. Binnur Ekber, then attended Bilkent University’s Music Preparation High School with Prof. Gülnara Aziz. I went on to earn my Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance, followed by a Master of Music in Piano/Vocal Accompaniment / Performance. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of solo performing, working as an accompanist, and tackling repertoire from Mozart to Liszt in major orchestral settings. My passion is carrying forward the piano tradition: sharing musical depth, technical precision, and expressive nuance. Though much of my work so far has been concert-based, I am deeply interested in teaching and mentoring the next generation of pianists — helping them both master their craft and discover their own musical voice.

Clarinet

I’m Krystle Torres, a clarinettist trained at the Conservatory of Music of Puerto Rico, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance. My journey in music has shaped me both as performer and teacher. While clarinet is my main instrument, I believe strongly in expressive music-making, helping students find their voice in whatever instrument or style inspires them. My approach blends solid technique with musicality—tone, phrasing, and expressive playing. I enjoy working with students at all levels and helping them connect deeply with what they play. I believe every musician has something unique to say.

I’m Ian Tripp, a professional drummer and drum/percussion teacher based in Brighton. I trained at the Guildhall School of Music (class of 2004), and since then I’ve had opportunities to perform and record around the world — from Australia to Uruguay — including sessions at Abbey Road and Maida Vale. Over the past 20+ years I’ve taught over 1,000 students, guiding them through everything from basic rhythm and technique, to graded exams (Trinity Rock & Pop), band rehearsals, and real performance settings. Whether you’re just starting out or pushing toward advanced levels, my lessons are tailored to your goals. I believe drumming should be fun, expressive, and deeply musical. I offer both online and in-person lessons, and I’m also a professor of Drum Kit / Percussion at Christ’s Hospital School in Horsham. I’m Bill Roseman — guitarist, vocalist, composer, and lifelong student of the blues. I first picked up the guitar when I was 13 in South Jersey, inspired by the electric fire of Albert Collins, Buddy Guy, and classic blues masters. From those early days, I’ve never really put the instrument down. In the 1990s I made my way over to Europe and became involved with the Medford Slim Band, touring and playing festivals in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Switzerland, and beyond. Over time I’ve explored many corners of blues, rock, zydeco, harmonica blues — whatever felt honest and heartfelt. My latest album Outskirts is a project I poured myself into — eleven originals and one cover — and it reflects where I’ve been musically and where I hope to go. Beyond performing and recording, I believe in the power of connection through music — sharing what I know, learning from others, and keeping the tradition alive in fresh, personal ways. I've been teaching for the last 25 years or so. All styles, all levels offered. Specializing in getting beginners started right. My musical journey has led me to direct ensembles and choirs, as well as found the Academy of St. Cecilia, where I focus on nurturing both technical skills and a deep love for music in church and community settings. As a teacher, I believe every student learns differently. My approach combines strong technical foundations like breath control, finger technique, and theory with the joy of self-expression and artistry. What began with five years of individual guitar lessons—exploring classical, acoustic, and electric guitar—soon grew into a lifelong dedication. I chose to pursue my academic journey at the prestigious Saint Louis College of Music in Rome, where I earned a Bachelor of Music in Pop Rock Guitar. Currently, I am completing a Master of Music in Jazz Composition and Arranging, further expanding my artistic voice and creative approach. Alongside performing and composing, I have a deep love for teaching music. Guiding students on their own musical paths reminds me of my teenage years, when I was first captivated by the beauty of this universal language. For me, teaching is not just about technique—it’s about sharing the joy of discovery and helping others connect with music as a powerful form of expression.
